    I agree with this. It really isn’t comparable to the way black people were treated/still are in some parts of the country. And it my opinion I think it is a little offensive to compare the two. But, I do understand why some might say “gay is the new black” If you say something shocking, or exaggerate it brings attention to the “cause”. Now I will read the article, I meant to do it earlier but I got busy.

    Also, I like this quote, “It’s like saying, “Tomorrow morning I’m gonna stop being black.” Because the first thought I had was, “well, Micheal Jackson did it” hahaha!
