This is what Intolerance Looks Like

It’s tolerant to link Chick-fil-A with non-Christian hate groups right?

I was directed to this issued statement to the President of Chick-fil-A by James F. Kenney. Kenney is a councilman for the city of Philadelphia and his comments are far more intolerant and bigoted than most of the statements I see coming from Christians. I guess you are only a bigot if you disagree with the homosexual agenda. I guess tolerance only counts if you are for same-sex marriage. I guess our country is incapable of detecting double standards.

Here is what Kenney had to say: Chick-fil-A Document

For a response to Mr. Kenney check out Dr. James White’s open letter here: Open Letter to City Councilman James Kenney

Thanks for reading.

  1. I think you are missing the point of what many are arguing when it comes to intolerance. Intolerance insofar as it is an argument for same sex marriage isn’t necessarily an argument for anything goes.

You seem to equate those two ideas so that you can make the linked picture look intolerant. It’s just a semantic trick.

    • Whoa, talk about a semantic trick. Where did I every say that those supporting same-sex marriage are for “anything goes”? What I have stated is that supporters of same-sex marriage are going to have to support a whole litany of other forms of marriage if they are going to be consistent, but I never put words in other’s mouths like you seem to be suggesting. Also, do you think it is tolerant to slander Chick-fil-a for their support for traditional marriage by equating them to the Westboro Baptist Church? Any rational person would see they are not the same.
